Art Contest: “Ukraine the way I imagine it”
Have you ever been to Ukraine? Do you want to go? What do you know about this largest country in Europe? Can you draw or paint it out of your imagination? Nova Ukraine along with Carroll-Marynychenko Charitable Fund are pleased to announce the artwork contest “Ukraine the way I imagine it”.
Contest Rules
To enter the contest follow these instructions:
- The topic of your artwork is: “Ukraine the way I imagine it”
- The size of your drawing or painting should not be larger than 25 X 20in
- Submit your work in the jpg format by July 31, 2017 to this email: [email protected]
The winner will be announced by August 8, 2017. The contest is restricted to US college students only.
Grand Prize
Twenty participants’ works will be selected for an exhibit at the Art Center “Shokoladnyi budynok” in Kyiv. The author of the winning artwork will get our grand prize (valued at $1500 dollars) – all paid week-long trip to Kyiv, Ukraine and will take part in the opening ceremony at “Shokoladnyi budynok“.
The winner will visit historic sights of this ancient European city and interact with young Ukrainian artists. The trip and the execution will take place the second half of September. All travel expenses will be paid by Nova Ukraine and Carroll-Marynychenko Charitable Fund.
