Who We Are
Nova Ukraine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine and raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States and throughout the world. Thanks to your generous donations, we fund a variety of projects to help the people of Ukraine and to strengthen Ukraine’s democratic society. The Nova Ukraine team and volunteers have been working tirelessly to help those in need. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming support from the community. Our Impact So Far
Since 2014, Nova Ukraine has run a variety of successful humanitarian projects in Ukraine. Since 2022 to date, we have raised over $180 million and have helped over 15 million Ukrainians with an operating expense percentage in single digits.

When the Lights Go Out, Childhood Shouldn’t Have To
When the grid went down, the generators on site weren’t strong enough to power the building. Heating failed. The shelter went cold. Students who should have been in class were logging on remotely instead — if they could log on at all. This winter will be different.

Five Kilometers from the Front, One Month Without Power
There is a place in eastern Ukraine, roughly five kilometers from the front line, where the electricity has been gone for a month. The wounded keep arriving. The medics keep working. And the lights stay on, because of a generator.

This bill has been iterated over time to become as effective and impactful as possible, and we know that some people may be confused by different bill numbers associated with this legislation.
At such a critical time, it is important to get information only from sources you know and trust. The American Coalition for Ukraine Policy team works year-round to track and analyze Ukraine-related policy and legislation. They are in constant contact with delegation leaders, Congressional offices, and other well-vetted organizations involved in advocacy to determine the priorities and legislation that have the most viable path to passage.
When you call or visit your Congressional office this week, urge them to support Sanctioning Russia Act, H.R.10076.
