President Zelenskyy Honors Nova Ukraine Co-Chairman with Ukrainian State Award
Nova Ukraine co-founder and co-chairman Nick Bilogorskiy has been awarded the Order of Merit, Third Degree by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, along with several other leaders of nonprofits that advocate for Ukraine and run large-scale aid projects amid Russia’s ongoing aggression.
The award honors “significant personal merits in strengthening interstate cooperation, support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a meaningful contribution to promoting Ukraine globally.”

This recognition reflects the pivotal role volunteers, partners, and donors play as we deliver crucial supplies to Ukraine’s healthcare system, strengthen critical infrastructure, and support affected families.
“The impact we achieved relied on the efforts of hundreds of selfless volunteers in North America and Europe, thousands of volunteers we supported in Ukraine, as well as partner organizations,” said Chairman Bilogorskiy. “We are deeply grateful for this community and will continue our work to help Ukrainians through the winter, support reconstruction, and strengthen civil society.”
