Who We Are
Nova Ukraine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine and raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States and throughout the world. Thanks to your generous donations, we fund a variety of projects to help the people of Ukraine and to strengthen Ukraine’s democratic society. The Nova Ukraine team and volunteers have been working tirelessly to help those in need. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming support from the community. Our Impact So Far
Since 2014, Nova Ukraine has run a variety of successful humanitarian projects in Ukraine. Since 2022 to date, we have raised over $180 million and have helped over 12 million Ukrainians with an operating expense percentage in single digits.

This month marks 35 years of independence from the Soviet Union, and we’re celebrating it by honoring Ukraine’s rich history.
Here are even facts about Ukraine as we celebrate 35 years.
Through action, whether it’s delivering lifesaving supplies to those who need them, training frontline medics to surgeons, assisting in medical evacuations for the critically ill and injured, or investing in a healthcare system built to sustain Ukraine's future.

We’re creating safe spaces where kids can heal and thrive, teaching leadership skills.
We’re supporting veterans as they transition back to civilian life. We’re educating and opening up opportunities through professional development. We’re putting a focus on mental health. And we’re shining a spotlight on Ukraine’s dynamic culture.

The bipartisan bill, introduced by State Senators Thomas F. Patton (R-Strongsville) and Kent Smith (D-Euclid), condemns Russia for the wrongful abduction, forcible transfer, and illegal adoption and indoctrination of children taken from Ukraine. Ohio joins Maryland, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Wisconsin in taking up this issue.
We thank Senators Patton and Smith for their leadership, and we call on every remaining U.S. state to follow Ohio's example.
