Together with Vdyachni Charity Foundation (“Vdyachni” means “We are grateful”), we support medical workers by providing essential medical supplies.

The aid has supported many units, including emergency and rescue services, often the first to respond in difficult situations. It included first-aid kits, thermal blankets, SICH tourniquets, stretchers, corrugated bandages, eye shields, and more.

We thank our rescuers for their courage, dedication, and hard work. Thanks to their efforts, thousands of people receive help and support when they need it most.

We will continue to support medical institutions wherever help is needed. Join us at novaukraine.org.

At first glance, a leadership program and a game in a public square might seem unrelated, but both can help build stronger communities.

During her recent trip to Ukraine, Nova Ukraine CEO Ambassador Erin E. McKee visited EMPOWER projects that focus on supporting people and local leaders. She met with community members working to improve their towns and cities and create places where people can connect and help each other.

A Mars rover built by students in Ukraine?

Meet Indomitus.

For months, students from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) have been designing and constructing this rover to compete in the European Rover Challenge 2026, one of the largest international space robotics competitions.

With support from Nova Ukraine, the UCU Space Robotics Team will test Indomitus in simulated Martian environments, compete against top university robotics teams, and address complex mission challenges.

The countdown to September 2026 is on, and we can't wait to see the team's hard work showcased at the European Rover Challenge.

Good luck, Team Indomitus!

“Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has faced not only the destruction of cities and infrastructure, but also a sustained attempt to erase cultural memory – its identity, language, architecture, archives, places of worship, and other layers of meaning that define who Ukrainians are.” – Nova Ukraine Co-Founder and Director Iryna Bilokin.

Last night’s massive Russian strike hit the thousand-year-old Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Ukraine’s most significant religious and cultural landmarks.

This is why our new initiative with global partners, the NaUKMA Research Center for Heritage Preservation and Recovery, is more important than ever.

Because Russia is attacking Ukrainian culture and identity, trying to erase their distinctiveness as a people.

The strike also damaged the Dovzhenko Film Studio, established in 1927 and a cornerstone of Ukrainian filmmaking. Nearly 100,000 costumes and other historic artifacts were destroyed.

In Kharkiv, Russian drones damaged the Kharkiv Art Museum, which holds more than 25,000 works of art.

Every child has the right to an education. In Ukraine, that right is under attack.

Since the full-scale invasion began, Russia has destroyed more than 400 schools and damaged over 4,000 more. Nearly 200,000 children still learn online…because only schools with bomb shelters can open their doors.

Nova Ukraine is working to change that…restoring educational infrastructure and rebuilding spaces where children can learn, connect, and just be kids.

Childhood can't wait for the war to end.
