Join us in Mountain View for the most inspiring party of the year. We will be serving real Ukrainian food – BORSCH, mlyntzi (blintz), and other treats. Be ready for a breathtaking speech about our worldwide journey. Our adventures started exactly 2 years ago on the 14th of October in Kyiv, took us through Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and many other countries. We will be in town for a couple of months and want to invite you to celebrate this magical anniversary. We also want to share how our life changed and what we learned through stories and experiences that we collected along the way. What makes our story even more interesting is that we had a very low budget for travelling so we decided to hitchhike around the globe. Our story is the living proof that any dream is possible, and our minds and skills can be expanded way further than we think..
The party is co-organized by Nova Ukraine and AMTimes. AMTimes is our travel blog; all along our journey we have been ambassadors of Ukraine. Nova Ukraine is a California charity organization that organized charity performances of Vakarchuk, Ruslana, Skryabin benefiting victims of violence in Ukraine and promoting Ukrainian culture in the US. NU raised over 0,000 dollars, collected a 40 ft container of clothes for refugees and is now gathering computers in Silicon Valley for educational facilities in Ukraine. Ukrainian swag will be sold at the event and all money will go to help victims in Ukraine.
