TORONTO Through a U.S. partner, Nova Ukraine, the campaign has supplied Ukrainian battalions with $200,000 worth of tourniquets. According to Nova Ukraine Co-Chairman Ostap Korkuna, that donation has the potential to save 9,000 Ukrainian lives.
