At the end of November a group of volunteers decided to organize a charity photo session to collect funds for the Nova Ukraine program "New Year Gifts for Kids" (for the New Year gifts for the children who lost one of their parents in the conflict in Ukraine) http://www.novaukraine.org/gifts-for-kids/ . Kyiv Burn Center

Thank you letter from doctors at Kyiv Burn Center for the Mesher Tool that Nova Ukraine bought for them. We provided $1,742 for its purchase (please see our previous post on September 4th). The tool was delivered on September 20th. The full name of the tool is Zimmer Meshgraft Dermatome II Skin Grafting Graft Mesher Tool. It allows to significantly expand pieces of skin, so they can cover larger affected areas and noticeably improve chances of healing. Thank you all for your donations! On the photo a surgeon from Kyiv Burn Center is looking over the tool.

Silicon Valley Fall Festival

Nova Ukraine exhibited at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival in Cupertino on Sep 13, 2014. We were part of the cultural fair along with Japan, India , Singapore and other countries. We taught children about Ukraine geography, culture and art and engaged their parents with our story of humanitarian help for Ukraine. Here are some photos.
